Participants in our Business Office Skills training program are

motivated, knowledgeable and eager to contribute their skills

towards your company’s goals.

Through the Business Office Skills Program, our participants

gain the following skills:

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Business communication
Customer service
Digital fluency
Keyboarding

How Can You Participate?

Participants in the Business Office Skills Program are required to.

complete at least 100 hours of paid work placement in an

administrative, clerical or customer service role. Your organization

can provide these valuable work placement opportunities.
